Coder Model ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Coder Model website and desktop application (the "Service").

LLM Request Logs

We store logs of all LLM (Large Language Model) requests processed through our proxy service. These logs are maintained only for the duration of your customer relationship with us and for the following legitimate purposes:

  • Troubleshooting technical issues
  • Providing customer support
  • Improving service reliability and performance
  • Detecting and preventing misuse of the service

Security of LLM Request Logs

All LLM request logs are encrypted at rest. Access to these logs is strictly limited to a select few data stewards within our organization who have the ability to decrypt them when necessary for the purposes outlined above.

Use of Data for Model Training

By default, we do not use your data to train models. However, we offer optional model training services that you may choose to opt into. When opting in, you have control over how your data may be used:

  • Private model training: Your data may be used only to train your own private models
  • Shared model training: Your data may be used to improve models that benefit all Coder Model customers
  • Public open weight models: Your data may contribute to the development of publicly available open weight models that benefit the broader AI community

You can manage these preferences in your account settings at any time. Any change to these settings will apply only to future data and will not affect how previously collected data is used.
